The house is located close to the entrance of the village and amenities include a supermarket, bar/convenience store, school, doctors, church and there are bread and gas deliveries.

All necessary amenities can be found in the neighbouring villages of Albuñol and La Rabita to include supermarkets, municipal market selling meat fish, fruit and vegetables and twice monthly market. There is also a chemist, doctors, dentist, schools, hairdressers, a good selection of shops and numerous tapas bars and restaurants where you can sample the local produce.

The larger towns of Adra, with a more comprehensive selection of shops can be reached in fifteen minutes and both Motril and Almeria are only a fifty minute drive away.

Nearest airports are Almeria , Granada and Malaga which can be reached in fifty minutes, ninety minutes and two hours respectively.
