We have various apartments available to suit individual needs. Alternatively, we can arrange hotel or bed and breakfast accommodation on your behalf.

We can assist you in finding the right mortgage through local banks. Mortgage rates compare favourably to those in England. With average interest rates in Spain being around 4%.

Legal Advice

You are not legally required to use a solicitor when buying property in Spain . However, many British people prefer to do so and we can arrange for an English speaking solicitor if required. Solicitors fees are normally 1% of the price of the property plus VAT. The solicitor will ensure that all legal requirements are met and explain the process to you in detail.

NIE Numbers

We can help obtain NIE numbers (identification number of foreigners) necessary when buying a property.

Spanish Bank Account

We can assist you in opening a Spanish bank account, which is necessary when transferring funds.

After Sales Service

If you have any problems or queries after completion we will do all we can to help.
